GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT LIBNER
Excluding the legal warranty for defects and hidden faults, our bodyworks and other equipment are guaranteed for 12 months from the day of receipt. This warranty is limited, at our company's discretion, to the replacement or free repair of any parts recognized as defective by our technical services, without any compensation cost of any kind.
The following damages and their consequences, among others, are excluded from our guarantees: Deterioration or disorder resulting from aging, normal wear caused by use, improper use, including negligent, reckless, abusive, abnormal use, or use in a saline environment, even temporary overload, exceeding the total weight and payload authorized by the highway code and the mines service, or the driver's inexperience.
Any warranty is also excluded if the vehicle has been transformed, modified, or repaired outside the seller's workshops or workshops approved by him, or if it has been subject to modifications, repairs, replacements, and installations, even partial, carried out outside workshops or operators that we have previously authorized in writing for this purpose.
Moreover, any warranty is excluded for the consequences of an accident or disaster such as explosion, fire, climatic incident (storm, lightning, frost, flood, cyclone, etc.), riot, theft.
Parts to be replaced will be shipped free of charge for shipping and freight. The labor costs incurred by the disassembly or reassembly of parts are the seller's responsibility, excluding any ancillary costs (such as towing costs) and the consequences of immobilizing the equipment.
