TYPE OF ROOF

SLIDING ROOF

Our tarpaulin sliding roofs are equipped with a retractable rear crossbeam for opening the roof forward.

We can also:

Offer sliding roofs with double retractable crossbeams for opening from the rear to the front.

Reinforce the roof with criss-cross welded straps and internal tension bungee cords to meet XL EN 12642 standards.

Adjust the tarpaulin weight from 640g/m² to 900g/m².

FIXED POLYESTER ROOF

More durable, the imperishable and non-porous polyester material eliminates any risk of corrosion and allows natural light to enter the body while reducing the impact of UV rays on the goods. Easier to maintain, polyester is also easier and cheaper to repair than aluminum in case of an accident.

FIXED ALUMINUM ROOF

Fixed aluminum roof offering increased resistance for harsher climates. The roof is riveted to the arches and sealed with silicone for waterproofing. Unlike the fixed polyester roof, it does not let light through.

INSULATED FIXED ROOF

Our insulated fixed roofs consist of rigid sandwich panels 30mm to 44mm thick, like the fixed aluminum roof, they do not let light through.

ALUMINUM EXTENSION

Stackable aluminum extension for heavy trucks and semi-trailers. Made of aluminum, this extension is both lightweight and extremely durable, ensuring a long life and lightness of the extension. The aluminum extension perfectly fits various types of heavy trucks, offering a versatile solution for your transport needs.

WOODEN EXTENSION

Stackable wooden extension for heavy trucks and semi-trailers. A more economical alternative than aluminum.

REAR CLOSURE

ALUMINUM DOUBLE-DOORS

Aluminum double-doors allowing the rear face to open for loading and unloading goods. Our doors have a unique aluminum profile design, assembled by welding, increasing their strength and durability.

ALUMINUM FOUR-DOORS

Aluminum four-doors allowing the rear of the carrier attached to a trailer to open without risking damage to the trailer’s body. Our doors have a unique aluminum profile design, assembled by welding, increasing their strength and durability.

FOLDING TAILGATE CLOSURE

The folding tailgate closure facilitates rear loading with a pallet truck and offers a larger platform than the retractable version. We can also integrate a canopy to ensure perfect vehicle waterproofing.

PNEUMATIC OR MANUAL LIFT-UP DOOR

Lift-up door ideal for distribution vehicles. It allows for easier loading and unloading at the dock with increased convenience.

REAR ROLL-UP TARP

The roll-up tarp with spring allows goods to protrude during transport.

FRONT LATCH, REAR LATCH

Tarp tension on your vehicle is done by a latch at the front or/and rear post to achieve the best possible tension quickly.

QUARTER-TURN HANDLE

Rear curtain tension by quarter-turn, a practical solution for holding and tensioning your tarp.

FLOOR

ANTI-SLIP PANEL FLOOR

Anti-slip panel floor with thickness ranging from 15mm to 35mm depending on the vehicle’s tonnage. It enhances user safety during handling inside the box.

GALVANIZED OMEGA FLOOR

Galvanized omega floor offering increased load resistance and durability. It’s an essential solution for forklift passage. The floor is made of solid or laminated hardwood with a thickness of 35 mm.

SIDE PROTECTION CYCLIST GUARD

Side cyclist or anti-under-run bars prevent bikes and motorcycles from passing under the vehicle in the event of an accident. They comply with ECE UN R58 regulations.

REAR UNDER-RUN PROTECTION BAR (BAE)

The manual retractable steel under-run protection bar (BAE) is equipped with two gas compasses protected from impacts (aiding manipulation) and two automatic locks in two positions: lowered/raised. It provides additional protection for the bodywork and road users, complying with R58/03 regulations.

AUTOMATIC DIN OR BNA TYPE HOOK

Compact pneumatic remote opening hook for all low-mount setups. For added safety, mechanical indicators show the hook’s position (open/closed). A 2-position LED actuator and lockable aluminum case complete the system.

STORAGE BOX

TOOLBOX

Our toolboxes are available in plastic or metal versions and are equipped with security locks to protect your equipment stored inside the box (straps, tools, tarp, gloves, oil can, chains, etc.) for your truck. The box’s waterproofing preserves the contents.

PALLET BOX

Our pallet boxes can accommodate 12 to 36 pallets. The semi-trailer pallet box is equipped with a locking system to prevent accidental sliding. Compact and aesthetic design with a downward-opening white door.

ANGLE BOX

Transverse angle box increasing your truck’s storage capacity! Ideal for storing and securing your angles and corners during your travels!

CLOSED HOMOLOGATED PALLET TRUCK BOX

Ergonomic, closed, and homologated pallet truck box. Handle placement: left and right options. It has a hinge with zinc-plated steel grease fitting and closure with butterfly knob and spring handles. Locking is done with a key.

COMMUNICATION BRIDGE

Full passage between the carrier and the vehicle trailer, allowing the user to move goods between the two with a pallet truck.

RAISED DURING LOADING

Raised during loading with a manual pump on the 4 posts by 400mm.

SIMPLIFIED ADR
